Dr Bomanaziba Idiko

Lecturer in Human Resource Management

I am an early researcher. I hold a Doctorate in HRM and Organizational Behavior with specialty in Leadership and Global Leadership development. I also hold a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), and a Newcastle University Learning and Teaching in Higher Education Certificate (ILTHE). I am proactive, highly organized, and dedicated to striving for excellence while providing students with sought-after skills with over eight years teaching experience in University of Bedfordshire, London School of Science and Technology, Newcastle University, and Niger Delta University. I have collaboratively published three peer reviewed journal articles and one book chapter. I have proven ability to manage and contribute to highly successful programmes within the university with thousands of students from various cultural and social backgrounds. I have contributed to, and supported postgraduate and undergraduate programmes within the university as a lecturer, dissertation supervisor, module leader, and personal academic tutor. I am engaging and sociable with the ability to improve students experience through effective communication, providing students with necessary tools, instilling the love of learning and cooperative teamwork, and a dedication to successfully meeting tight schedules and deadlines with little or no supervision.
