Lecturer in Strategic Management

I have recently joined University of Bedfordshire Business School as a Lecturer in Strategic Management with over 16 years’ experience preparing and teaching various strategic management related subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. I also supervise dissertation students.

I was previously with University of Bedfordshire Business School as a Visiting Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Leadership in the year 2022. My expertise is teaching and researching subjects related to Business Environment, Entrepreneurship, Functional/Dysfunctional Conflict, Globalisation, Leadership Styles, Management Theories, Marketing, Organisational Behaviour and Strategic Management.

My current research is in EI and EL in Transformational and Authentic Leadership in Higher Education.

I have an MBA with Distinction from BCU (Birmingham City University). I was awarded with University Teacher Award at Birmingham City University in recognition of excellence in teaching and supporting student learning in 2022 and 2021. I also have a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA), which demonstrates my teaching philosophy and commitment to engaging and innovative learning.

When not teaching and researching, I enjoy watching the Premier League and playing football as a CAM (Central Attacking Midfielder).
