Foundation Year Bursary

All full-time, new UK students (or those EU students that are UK domiciled) undertaking a degree with Foundation Year in 2019 will be eligible to receive a Foundation Year Bursary, worth £500.

This is a bursary for those undertaking the Foundation Year as part of an integrated four-year degree

The bursary is a cash bursary and will be delivered via one instalment during the academic year 2019/20.

The bursary can be used for all essential materials and living costs to ensure that you have an excellent student experience.

You will not be eligible for the bursary if you subsequently interrupt your course to a later academic year.

How do I apply for the Foundation Year Bursary?

Students do not need to apply for this bursary – it will be awarded automatically if students meet the eligibility criteria. Students will be notified via email.

Contact sab@beds.ac.uk for further information.
