Our international office has a dedicated team to provide Visa support, advice and guidance to International students.

Academic requirements for undergraduate (3 Year) programmes

  • 2 A level passes (minimum C and D)
  • OR Successfully complete Foundation year from a recognised university or HE institution
  • OR WAEC/NECO with 5 credits at C or above / English C6
  • Additional course requirements if any (see Faculty Course Requirements)

Academic requirement for taught postgraduate MSc / MA / MBA / LLM programmes

  • Ghanaian students holding a four year Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised university or HE institution with a minimum award of 2.2
  • Additional course requirements if any (see Faculty Course Requirements)
  • English C6

For undergraduate students after the first year of study with us standard published fees for 2019/2020 will apply for future years of study at the University of Bedfordshire.


Scholarships

The Scholarship scheme for international students enrolling in the academic year 19/20 is as follows:

  • An automatic £1,000 Vice Chancellor's Scholarship for new international applicants (undergraduate and postgraduate).
  • A £500 Prompt Payment Discount for students who pay their first year fees in full before or at registration. An additional £750 Prompt Payment Discount for each years 2 and 3 for undergraduate international students who pay their second/third year fees in full before or at registration.
  • £500 for Postgraduate students meeting our Merit Scholarship criteria (60% and above marks in your academic subject with an average IELTS score of 6.0 with 5.5 in each band).
