We are working with Luton Borough Council to promote the Student-Led
Conference 2025 — a one-day event where pupils from Luton schools share ideas to make the town more child-friendly. Your challenge is to design a promotional campaign that encourages Luton schools to take part and helps them understand what the conference is, why it matters, and how to book. Promotional materials could include:

• posters, flyers, and social media content (especially Instagram)
• email templates for schools and partner organisations (See full brief)
• a “Save the Date” graphic and reminder posts
• an email banner for LBC education staff
• pre- and post-event questionnaire templates

How to join

• Register your interest and sign up for the event by 20th Oct 2025
• Meet the client on 21st Oct 2025, 12-2pm
• Present your final ideas on 28th Oct 2025, 12-2pm
