Have you ever wanted to experience what it’s like to work in a radio station? At the University of Bedfordshire you have the opportunity to do exactly that with our own community radio station, Radio LaB 97.1 FM.

Radio LaB broadcasts a variety of shows, from specialist music shows, to light entertainment, to news programmes, throughout Luton and Bedfordshire from our Luton campus.

Whether you want to have a go at presenting your own show or experience what it’s really like to work behind the scenes at a radio station, Radio LaB provides you with the platform to do exactly that.

If you’re considering a career in Radio, or the Media Industry, volunteering with Radio LaB can help to build your portfolio and provide you with real industry experience and networking opportunities.
