Shuttle bus

At the University of Bedfordshire we offer a free shuttle bus for those studying at our Bedford, and Putteridge Bury campuses. To take advantage of our free shuttle bus services simply show your student ID card to your driver.

Our Bedford service runs between Bedford campus and the Alexander Sports Centre, via Bedford town centre and Bedford train station. The shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes during term-time, providing a convenient way for you to travel around Bedford.

Outside the Gateway building

If you’re based at our Putteridge Bury campus in Luton you can also benefit from a free shuttle bus, departing from Luton town centre, via Luton Parkway train station and the Inspire Sports Centre.

And don't worry if you’re studying at our main campus in Luton, you have access to various supermarkets and high street shops all within walking distance.
