Lean Leader

This course is meant for continuous improvement professionals who wish to implement continuous improvement within an organisation.

The Lean Leader will not only teach you how to apply Lean tools and principles but also how to organise/control Lean initiatives. Furthermore focus will be on how to sustain Lean benefits for your business.

The course is made up of a theoretical part and a practical part. The 5 days of theory consist of three days, covering Lean methods and tools (as in the Lean Practitioner course) and two additional days focussing on the Lean Management philosophy

This course is only available as an in-company bespoke course.
