Welcome to BSc (Hons) Applied Sociology and Criminology

The BSc (Hons) Applied Sociology and Criminology offers an interdisciplinary foundation in understanding society, crime, and justice, blending theory with practical application. From a criminological perspective, you will explore crime, deviance, and punishment. From a sociological perspective, you will study the structures and inequalities shaping society. You will also have opportunities to explore themes such as digital transformation, media representations of crime, and systemic issues in services and institutions.
