Centre for Research in Law (CRiL)

The Centre for Research in Law (CRiL) at the University of Bedfordshire provides a forum for academics, practitioners and students who share an interest in legal and socio-legal research.

CRiL fellows engage in research in a range of areas, including international and domestic protection of human rights, international law, equality and non-discrimination under EU and UK law, and asylum and immigration.

In addition to hosting individual and collaborative research projects, CRiL also offers supervision to post-graduate research students and organises research events, including the annual CRiL Research Seminar Series [PDF] and summer conference, expert round tables and rapid reaction seminars on topical legal developments.
