Transnational Meeting (Galway, Ireland)

The Creating Entrepreneurs in Food project held its final Transnational Meeting (TNM) on 25th February 2019 in Dublin.

Representatives from four partner countries, Ireland, UK, Belgium and Poland, gathered at Airfield Estate in Dublin.

Representatives

The project coordinator gave an overview and main achievements of the project. Throughout the project the consortium carried out a number of research activities, international seminars and training activities that resulted in the development of two project outputs designed to connect and support the growth of European Food Entrepreneurs: a training course led by the GMIT in Ireland and an online web portal led by the University of Bedfordshire.

Round table

Both outputs were discussed and analysed by the partners. There was also discussion about final improvements to the web portal and adding additional content to it. Another key issue discussed was the next day’s project event: “Creating Entrepreneurs in Food” International Conference. The project team also discussed preparation to the final report, task allocation and budget deadlines.
