This project, coordinated by the University of Cyprus (UCY) and involving Professors Tony Green and Liz Hamp-Lyons from CRELLA, has been awarded funding of € 270,000 from the European Commission Erasmus programme.

Coordinated by Assistant Professor of the Department of English Studies at UCY, Dina Tsagari, the project will create an efficient and sustainable platform to support and educate teachers of English and other foreign languages to create and implement innovative tools for evaluating students` performance during language learning.

The main project target groups are pupils, teachers of foreign languages, experts, academics and experts on education policy.

The “Teachers’ Assessment Literacy Enhancement” network is comprised of experts from Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Germany and the United Kingdom.
