The University of Bedfordshire introduced a Curriculum Framework in 2008 (CRe8) which was later updated in 2014. In 2022 a Curriculum Change Programme was launched with a specific focus on enhancing employability, inclusivity and mental well-being across all courses. In 2023 an institutional review of CRe8 was undertaken which included consideration of how Curriculum Change Programme principles could be incorporated into an updated Curriculum Framework. Conversation cafes were held to provide opportunities for the university community to share Curriculum Framework experiences and ideas for development. Additional feedback was provided via school, professional service and Students’ Union team meetings.
