Our office is C014 on the ground floor in C block. C014 operates an open door policy, where, if the door is open please knock and enter to speak to the staff.

COVID-19 CST Lab Bookings

These instruction are for students wishing to use the CST labs outside of their timetabled practical sessions.

• Book via email to the CST tech team at csttech@beds.ac.uk
• Full details are required in the email as given below:
  
  • Date and Time requested
  • Full Name
  • Student No
  • Course
  • Software Required
• Once the booking has been confirmed you will then need to report to the CST Tech Office (C014) on the day and time requested.
• Once you arrive you will be allocated a room and PC to use by a member of the tech team.
• Face masks/coverings must be worn in all CST Labs.
• Once you are finished using the lab:

The student must wipe down all surfaces and equipment used in the lab with a wipe which can be found in the room you are using.

Waste wipes must be discarded in bin by student after each item is wiped down. Thank you.
