What if I can't connect?

If you used to connect but now can't, try forgetting the 'eduroam' connection on your device:

  • Access ‘Settings’ in the Android OS (usually through the 'Apps' option (older devices called this 'All Apps'))
  • Select ‘Wi-Fi' (older devices called this 'Wireless and Networks’)
  • Long-tap ‘eduroam’ and some new options appear
  • Select the 'Forget Network' option (older devices show 'Forget').

The next time you try and connect to ‘eduroam’,  follow steps 1 - 5 above again to create a new 'eduroam' connection.
