The University of Bedfordshire has announced the appointment of Dr Alison Tresidder as the new Executive Dean of the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences.

Doreen Lawrence, Baroness Lawrence of Clarendon, OBE was welcomed to the University of Bedfordshire to deliver a free public lecture about her life and career, honouring her 30-year-long campaign for justice and equality following the racist murder of her son, Stephen, in London in 1993.
