What alumni say

Eszter HaberlThe standard of teaching on my marketing degree was exceptional, it was the platform from which to build the knowledge and understanding required to develop a successful international career in marketing.

Eszter Haberl, Direct Marketing Manager (South and East Asia Pacific) at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars

Greg DorbanWe worked with external companies to get a more rounded feel of the business world outside education. I think students benefit a lot from this kind of practical application rather than just theory. I also liked studying in such an international environment with people from different backgrounds.

I feel the course prepared me for the real world. At times during my degree I was given 24 hours to research, complete and hand in an assignment, which is a situation I often finds myself in at work - it's really important to get used to working under pressure and meeting deadlines. I have never once regretted attending the University of Bedfordshire and I enjoyed the course because the lecturers made time to see me and they provided helpful feedback after assignments.

Semande Ayihongbe, Legal Officer at South Bedfordshire District Council

Deyan HristovI have completed my MSc in International Tourism Management, which involved plenty of group tasks, as well as exciting real-life projects. My critical thinking, teamwork and communication skills have improved massively throughout the course. Hands on experience broadened my career scope and helped me to take my learning outside the curriculum when I secured an exciting job as a Graduate Academic Assistant within the University of Bedfordshire Business School and embarked on a PhD programme.

I chose to study at this University as friends and colleagues had studied here and recommended it. Postgraduate Certificate in Management was a really a good learning experience and gave me a chance to meet lots of new people. The accountancy skills I have learned are the greatest practical aspects as now I can perform checks and prepare budgets with the best of them.
