F Block Staircase Luton Campus 10th April – 20th May

The F Block staircase leading up to International Office and Professional Services will be closed for the duration of these works.

F Block South Stairs, Campus Centre and E Block Corridor Luton - Monday 22nd April – Monday 10th June 2024
Estates and Facilities will be conducting refurbishment works on the Campus Centre Bridge Links, E Block Corridors and F Block south stairwell between Monday 22nd April – Monday 10 June 2024.

Whilst these works take place, students and staff will notice that the corridors and stairwells will have a change in appearance. You can expect the following:

Temporary industrial lighting
Correx dust sheets on the floor
Removed ceiling tiles

Contractors will be carrying out the majority of works during evenings and weekends and therefore areas will be accessible as normal during working hours. However, bridge link access to and from the Luton Campus Centre will be closed temporarily at times during the works. Staff and students will need to plan alternative routes during those specific times. Details are as follows:

The bridge link on level 1 will be closed from Thursday 9th May – Sunday 12th May. You will need to use the bridge link on Levels 2 & 3 instead
The bridge link on level 2 will be closed from Thursday 16th May – Sunday 19th May. You will need to use the bridge link on Levels 1 & 3 instead
The bridge link on level 3 will be closed from Thursday 23rd May – Sunday 26th May. You will need to use the bridge link on Levels 1 & 2 instead
E Block Corridor, Level 3 will be closed from Thursday 30th May – Sunday 2nd June. You will need to use the E Block corridor on Level 2 instead
