Original Transcripts

Your first, original transcript is sent separately by our academic services team. It will be sent to your registered home address.

Interim unit results can be downloaded from Evision

If you have not received your transcript within six months of completing at the University please put in an enquiry to the Student Information Desk (SiD) at sid@beds.ac.uk

Original Certificates

The University of Bedfordshire has moved to issuing certificates after a student receives confirmation of their award at our Examination (Scheme) Board. This process is outlined in our certificate issuance process

Duplicate Certificates/ Transcripts

If you are a University of Bedfordshire graduate from 2006 onwards, you can purchase copies of degree certificates and official transcripts from the Graduation team.

These can be purchased via our online store

Duplicate certificate or transcripts products are available on the online store. We will confirm to you by email when we have completed your order request.

If you are a University of Luton graduate awarded prior to 2006, we may be able to produce a verification certificate for you. However, please check the University records in the first instance.

• Mail to Nigeria - We strongly recommend that any student who wishes for their certificate to be mailed to Nigeria should order courier delivery. We can not guarantee that it will arrive safely via standard postal services. Courier delivery can be ordered online, for £20.

World Education Services (WES) Applications

To process a WES application, you will need to do two things.

• Firstly, you will need to purchase duplicate documents from our online store. Instructions can be found in the section above.
• Secondly, you will need to email us your completed and signed WES Academic Records Request form. The email address can be found below.

WES will only accept applications if they are sent directly from the University. Documents will be sent to WES in a sealed and stamped envelope.

WES accepts photocopies of certificates but require original copies of transcripts.
