At the University of Bedfordshire we have big ambitions for current and future generations of students.

To help realise these ambitions we have a major programme of investment in our facilities which amounts to £90m at our Luton campus and £25m at our Bedford campus over the next five years.

Developments at Luton campus

Our new library building is due to open in September 2015. This exciting development will provide a much needed facility for staff and students.

This redevelopment is key to the academic Vision at the University of Bedfordshire.

Developments at Bedford campus

During 2013 the University invested £4 million extending and refurbishing the sports hall. Following its re-opening in November 2013, the sports hall continues to be closely linked with our Department of Sport and Exercise Science. 

This 300-seat capacity venue will host sports events at national and international level.

Our new Teaching and Learning Building will open in early 2015 offering: teaching spaces, informal learning spaces, lecture theatres and a new student services centre.
