Do I need to download or install any information to be able to attend this event?
No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate. You only need to have access to the internet.
How do I log in on the day of the Open Day?
Your login details will be emailed to you ahead of the event. You can use these details to access the online Open Day.
How can I contact the organiser with any questions?
You will be able to find most answers on our Open Day page. If you are unable to find what you are looking for please email us at email@example.com
Can I update my registration information?
If you wish to update any of your information please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Is it ok if the name on my registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Please ensure the main ticket holder (student) is the name on the ticket. This helps ensure you receive all the correct information and it is sent to the main ticket holder; the student.
In-line with current government advice our campuses remain closed. So since we can’t invite you on to campus, throughout 2021 we’re bringing you a range of informative webinars, wherever you are. Our online webinars will provide you with information on a range of topics ranging from student finance and application support to subject specific information and taster seminars.
We are currently offering our campus tours virtually online to minimise the risk of transmission of Covid-19 and to keep everybody safe. These tours are virtual giving you plenty of opportunity to ask our students questions.
We recognise that a virtual tour might not be accessible to everyone and it may be necessary for you to attend a face to face tour on campus. If you are unable to access our on-line tour, please contact email@example.com to discuss your needs and we will endeavour to support you where possible with a Covid-19 safe visit.
