Elevating ‘Our Voices’

This project built on a 10 year programme of work based at the Safer Young Lives Research Centre (SYLRC) which has generated knowledge around the value, challenges and tensions associated with supporting the participation rights of children and young people who have experienced child sexual abuse and exploitation. The objective of this project was to ensure the learning from this programme is properly documented, curated and accessible to others in the sector.

The main element of this project was to develop an accessible online resource to organise, and streamline existing resources and develop a ‘learning pathway’ for those facilitating participatory work in this field.

This led to the development of a new website ‘Our Voices’ and additional resources which can be found in the website under the 'Resources' tab.
