Don’t miss the Beds Get Work Ready Spring Programme, designed to help you navigate the world of work and introduce you to the support you can access at the University of Bedfordshire and beyond.

Between the 13th and 17th May 2024, you can attend free webinars and virtual/ in person drop in’s, designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to thrive in diverse and inclusive work environments.

From understanding your rights, to navigating workplace dynamics and building meaningful professional relationships, each session will offer invaluable insights and practical advice to help you succeed in your career journey.

Our webinars will cover a wide range of essential skills and topics, including:

  • The Graduate Job Hunt: Success and Wellbeing
  • Creative Access - Providing access to jobs, opportunities and career-long support in the creative industries for people from under-represented communities.
  • Building Resilience and Confidence in Your Job Search
  • Disclosure in your Job Search
  • Money advice and how to access student support
  • Creating your professional network on LinkedIn
  • A range of sessions from the Careers and Employability Service to help you with finding work and exploring further study.

You can also find new courses and resources, such as ‘Enhancing Well- being at Work’, ‘Building your Personal Brand’, and ‘Finding Work from the National Autistic Society’) in the Resources section on Handshake.
