Club information

Our club is welcoming of everyone no matter of ability or experience. We have opportunities for competitive or social members and have two teams. We have our firsts currently in tier 4 and our development squad who train with us and play friendly matches against local teams.

Our firsts play every Wednesday in the BUCS league and have home and away matches. We train every Tuesday night at the University arena. The development squad share this training time. We have two qualified coaches who work to develop us and support us through the season.

Venue

We are based at Alexander Sports Centre, commonly known as ASH, located 10 minutes from Bedford campus at MK40 2BQ. There are frequent trains from Luton, and a free University bus from Bedford train station that en route to Bedford campus stops right outside ASH, making it an easy venue to get to. We train at the Arena on Bedford campus on Wednesdays, when we do not play a BUCS game.

Regular Training times

There will be free travel for all competitive sports members from the Luton Campus. Come find us a Freshers for more information.

How to join

To join our team, follow these simple steps:

1. Download the BUCS Play app from the app store
2. Create a BUCS Play account using your STUDENT EMAIL ADDRESS and then search for Bedfordshire Netball
3. Pay for sports membership using the link below

Not too sure whether you want to join? Don't worry, you have until October the 31st to pay for a sports membership. Just complete steps 1 and 2 and then get in touch with us on our socials.
