What is UNIversal Gym?

UNIversal Gym membership is a scheme where students and staff are able to use another university on the scheme's gym facilities free of charge!

The scheme allows you to purchase one membership and use it, for example, when visiting your hometown or when visiting a friend at their university.

The University of Bedfordshire are proud to partner with British Universities & Colleges Sport on the scheme for the 2019-2020 academic year.

How to get involved

To be part of the UNIversal Gym scheme you need to purchase a 12 month membership from our SILVER or GOLD package for the current academic year and pick your card up from Luton or Bedford Aspire Gym receptions.

Welcome to Aspire Gym

We welcome visitors from UNIversal Gym member institutions to our Aspire Gym at Bedford campus

You can use the Bedford Aspire Gym any time during opening hours.

Please remember to bring your UNIversal membership card and your student ID Card. You need both to access our facilities.

• Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 21:00
• Saturday and Sunday: 09:00 - 16:30

*Please be aware the gym opening hours may vary sometimes, dependent on courses, lectures and University closure dates.
