  • What: Body Blast is a high intensity work out using a mixture of body weight exercises & weight exercises completed in sets.

Kettlebells

  • What: Kettlebell training includes dynamic moves that target endurance, strength, balance and cardio endurance. Kettlebell workouts are popular because they're challenging, efficient, and you only need one piece of equipment to work your whole body! Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned kettlebell fan, this class is for you!
  • When/Where: Wednesday 12:30-13:00 (Bedford) & Thursday 12:00-12:30 (Luton)

  • What: They are low-impact sessions with a focus on flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements. These are very popular sessions.
  • When: Tuesday 12:00-12:30 (Bedford) & Tuesday 17:30-18:15 (Luton).

  • What: Spinning is perfect for everyone since you control the resistance and pedal speed creating just the right intensity for you. It will get your heart pumping to the beat of the music.

Trigger Point Pilates

  • What: Trigger Point Pilates™ is a combination of Pilates based exercises combined with Myofascia Release (which is traditionally a hands-on therapy). This means you will be strengthening your core and releasing muscle tightness in the same class.
