Care Leavers Bursary 2017/18

Care Leavers - Support and Funding

The Care Leavers Bursary is available to all students under 25 who are currently open to and supported by a local authority leaving care service and fulfil the criteria stated in the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000; who are studying on a degree programme and paying £9,250 tuition fees.

While there are no restrictions on the nationality of applicants they must be normally resident in the UK and enrolled on a full-time BA/BSc/BEd degree.

The University of Bedfordshire is strongly committed to helping you develop the skills and knowledge you will need to be successful during your course and after graduation.

We work hard to ensure that our support services are as accessible as possible for all students but we also understand you may not want or need any additional support.

As part of the University's promise to you, your privacy and anonymity will be assured at all times.
